Exit Poll Projections
According to exit polls, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Indian National Congress are expected to win 7 to 9 seats each. The All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen (AIMIM), led by Asaduddin Owaisi, is projected to secure 0 to 1 seat.

Election Statistics
A total of 525 candidates are vying for Telangana’s 17 Lok Sabha seats. The state saw a three-cornered contest among the ruling Congress, opposition BRS, and BJP. On May 13, 3,17,17,389 voters, including 1,58,71,493 men, 1,58,43,339 women, and 2,557 third-gender individuals, were eligible to vote across Telangana.

Key Contests and Results
- Hyderabad: AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi is seeking re-election from his stronghold. The BJP has fielded K Madhavi Latha, a political novice, who has launched a spirited campaign.
- Chevelle: Konda Vishweshwar Reddy from BJP won with a margin of 172,897 votes, securing 809,882 votes. Dr. Gaddam Ranjith Reddy from Congress lost with 636,985 votes.
- Malkajgiri: Eatala Rajender from BJP won with a margin of 391,475, securing 991,042 votes. Patnam Suneetha Mahender Reddy from Congress lost with 599,567 votes.
- Secunderabad: Minister of Culture and Tourism G. Kishan Reddy from BJP won with a margin of 49,944 votes, securing a total of 473,012 votes. Danam Nagender from Congress lost with 423,068 votes.
