Witness Describes Horrific Porsche Car Tragedy in Pune
A witness describes the tragic May 19 accident in Pune involving a speeding Porsche shared the details. According to the witness, the luxury vehicle was overspeeding, and the teenage driver was drunk at the time of the crash. The impact was so severe that one of the two victims was thrown 15 feet into the air.
High-Speed Collision
“The speed of the Porsche was so high that we didn’t see the crash but only heard a deafening sound,” the witness recalled. After the airbags were deployed, the car stopped a little ahead of the crash site. The minor driver exited the vehicle, and the witness caught hold of him, taking him back to the accident site to show him the devastation caused.
Crowd Reaction and Police Response
The teen driver, clearly intoxicated, was beaten by the crowd that had gathered, though it seemed not to affect him. The police arrived within minutes and took the teenager to the station.

Legal Action and Victims
The 17-year-old driver has been sent to the Children Observation Centre for 14 days. It was revealed that he had been drinking at one bar and then moved to another before the fatal crash.
Two IT professionals from Madhya Pradesh, Aneesh Awadhiya and his friend Ashwini Koshta, lost their lives when the Porsche hit their motorbike. Ashwini died on the spot, while Aneesh was taken to a city hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries soon after.
